The Pilates chair is made up of a padded seat and 2 pedals attached to springs. As with the reformer, we can vary the tension of the springs in order to target this or that muscle and adapt the exercise to the athlete's objective.

Less easy to access than the reformer, particularly due to its much smaller support surface, the chair is a demanding device which will take a little more time to get to grips with. 

The chair will undeniably challenge your “center” 🔥
